Dave has a lot of energy and enthusiasm. He was right on top of things and got our house photographed including a drone camera of the outside. That was great! I think it really presented our house well. When we were not happy with the first offer, he said no problem we will get you a better offer. He was pretty much always available when we called and if not he called us back in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend Dave and his team to sell you property.
