I contacted James Frodyma and Dave Elfassy to help sell my one of a kind condo in Toronto. I was very happy with how hard they worked to market my property with incredible photography and video. Despite it being a difficult market for condo sellers right now I was very impressed that they were able to sell my condo within the timeline that I needed and I look forward to working with them in the future for both selling and buying more real estate.
