This is our second great experience with both James and Team Elfassy. Our timings were unfortunate because we were selling our house in a buyer's market and afterwards buying in a seller's market. Whether you are buying or selling, James guides you throughout the entire process. He makes the stressful process much easier and you can always rely on him to ask for advice, help, and clarifications. He is also a great negotiator for both selling and buying. He was able to sell our home in less than two weeks in a bad market and we are sure that if it wasn't for James, we would have not been able to close the deal for our new home.
