My fiancée and I were in search of our perfect home for several months and we were quite disillusioned with the properties we could find within our budget. Had it not been for Ana’s optimism and perseverance I think we would have settled for something we would not have been happy with. There was a point we were willing to accept water damage in a basement or being across the street from a really unsavoury neighborhood, but she would not hear of it. It was through her dredging on and forcing us to go see a hundred homes and ultimately place an offer on a home that we thought would be waaaay beyond our budget that we ended up acquiring our dream house.
