I was introduced to Dave and his Team through a trusted friend . Dave send me a video which explained details of my home , market trends, market analysis and explained his strategy on how to position my house within the market in order to sell it . Immediately we connected and I trusted Dave , his team abs his strategy ! Every thing was done thoroughly and professionally. Within one day of being on the market the house sold for almost $250k over asking ! I’m extremely happy for how effective and how quickly the house sold !
