We had our condo on the market for 2 months and had no offers. We decided to change agents and Dave got us full asking price in 6 hours!!! Unbelievable! Don't know how he did it but he got the job done. Full service agent at discount pricing. Can't ask for more. Looking forward to working with Dave again in the future. Thanks Dave!
