This was my first time selling a home and Dave Elfassy made it straightforward and simple. Dave answered all of my questions in a prompt manner. Erin the stager was very helpful in advice on what to keep and what to take away. The photographers did a great job making the condo look appealing in great photographs. We got a good offer and Dave made it even better for me! Would recommend Dave and his team 100%.
