What can I possibly say... Dave Elfassy and his team are actually the best. We have moved many times (6 times in 8 years) and this by far was the easiest, loveliest and most fun of all the times. Dave was super professional, very informative and incredibly knowledgeable about the market, neighborhoods, and what we were looking for. He gave us proper expectations but still overachieved! He is someone I would trust not only as a realtor but has become a friend. When making the most important financial transaction of your life, he does it with ease (something that may be difficult when you are buying and/or selling).
