We recently purchased our first home, our first acreage, through traditional real estate. Danny Tchir Real Estate found the unique property and thought of us. He forwarded us the listing to consider. It was a perfect fit in terms of what we were looking for and so we scheduled a viewing for the rural Lamont County acreage. We had been shown other acreages by other realtors in the past and so had an expectation of how the viewing might go. It was winter and so in our minds that limited the fullness of the viewing we would have perhaps had in the spring, summer or fall. Danny Tchir tipped the scales of expectation when he stepped into big winter boots and hiked through the snow with us to show us all the amenities of the property without hesitation. He clearly knew his way around acreage and farm set ups and helped us to find the well and the septic. He shared knowledge with us about Lamont County specifics that were new to us such as Lamco Gas Coop and rural mail delivery. He walked us through the animal set up and corrals as well as outbuildings and spoke to the neighbourhood and community which made us feel like it was a safe haven as well as a gorgeous acreage for us. He took us through the home and spoke to the recent upgrades and items yet to be upgraded and was very thorough in all aspects of the showing. Danny didn’t pressure us, he shared his time, knowledge and keen sense of the area and then waited for us to make our decisions. He advised us well and fairly when we did decide to put an offer together and represented us to the seller in such a way that were able to have the offer accepted without hesitation. Danny met with us to have the inspection done for the home and again when we were finally handed the keys. Last, but certainly not least, he followed up with us following possession and move in to make sure that everything had gone smoothly, to let us know we could contact him if anything needed addressing with the home in the immediate, and to wish us a happy home coming! As a young couple, relatively new to the real estate market and with our first acreage purchase, we felt secure, well-represented and calm because of the way Danny conducts his business.
