I cannot say enough good things about Danielle! From the very beginning, she was incredibly supportive, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Going into finding a home, I had an idea of what I wanted, but it definitely took some time to fully figure it out. Danielle was amazing through all of it. She was quick to adjust my searches as my preferences changed, and then adjust them back again when I second guessed myself. She always made me feel comfortable taking the time to explore my options without ever feeling pressured. What really stood out to me was how knowledgeable she is. While I was focused on if I thought the place was pretty, she was focused on whether the building was structurally sound and a smart long-term investment (apparently checking out the parking was not just to make sure I could maneuver into the spot). Her expertise gave me so much confidence throughout the process. She was also incredibly flexible and accommodating with her time. Anytime I wanted to see a listing, she moved quickly to line it up. More than that, she truly held my hand through every step of the process, providing guidance, reassurance, and connecting me with all the right people along the way. Buying a home can feel overwhelming, especially as a first-time buyer, but Danielle made the experience feel exciting and manageable. I am so grateful for all her help and would recommend her to absolutely anyone looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about her clients.
