Daniel did an excellent job at presenting our property, advertising it and taking in to account our needs and wants. Before even listing the house, he suggested ways to make it most presentable. He suggested making it less cluttered by taking down some of the many pictures and books we had. He also suggested what to do with the house before a showing etc. Daniel always made sure that we are available for showing and gave us plenty of time to prepare. He priced the property well and was with us through out the negotiations. After the sale, Daniel suggested a way to get rid of our furniture and all other excess stuff we had through an online auction, which not only worked great, but we also made about $5000. Daniel helped us beyond the duty of a sales rep and we would recommend his services to all our friends and family.
