As first time home buyers, we had a lot to learn and also had a lot questions. Dan answered all of our questions and returned all calls and emails promptly.
He arranged our mortgage financing, dealt with a multiple offer situation, recommended a home inspector and even provided us with garage sale signs. I have, and will continue to recommend Dan McCarthy to all my friends who are considering buying real estate
