Dan Morris

Dan Morris is the best realtor anyone could ever work with. He is not only very knowledgeable and experienced, but he is also a very good person.  I had a great deal of anxiety about selling my home. I had a subject-to-sale offer on a new home, which caused me a lot of stress about my home selling quickly, but for a fair price. I was also very inexperienced with real estate transactions.  Dan provided service and advice far above what anyone could expect from a realtor. He was also very patient and supportive, and he responded to my many questions right away, day and evening. He made me feel that I was welcome to ask as many questions as I needed to.  I have never had such an incredible service experience in my life. I am not sure that I would have made it through this stressful time with any other realtor.  In my time working with Dan, I also had several professional people, from the owner of the junk removal company to the house inspector (for the new home) to the conveyancer, tell me that Dan was an excellent realtor. He is widely respected, and he has earned that.  I highly recommend Dan Morris as a person you can trust entirely, in terms of being exceptional at his job and genuine caring about his clients.  Jennifer Stitt
