Dale Rayner

There are not enough positive things i can say about Dale. While viewing houses he would often point out potential issues and ballpark prices to fix them. Everytime I went to price out the fixes myself they were very close to his ballpark prices. He was very responsive to any message, if you asked for advice he provided advice and he never pressured or pushed me to buy something. Then when my offer was accepted he helped me with every step of the way after even though he didnt need to. He was able to secure a better price for me, even taking a cut from his commission to do so. I would recommend Dale to anyone.
