Dale Patterson

My husband, Steve, and I decided we wanted to buy a house in the Kelowna area. After spending a great deal of time online looking at houses we decided it was time to do something more concrete. But we didn't know who to contact. Fortunately, my neighbour recommended Dale Patterson to us. I introduced myself to Dale online a few weeks before our visit to Kelowna. We had some properties that interested us from our online searches. But once we explained our needs to Dale he was always on the lookout and emailed other properties for us to consider. Shortly before our trip two of our front-runners were sold. Dale went into a frenzy of activity and sent us many more properties to view. In fact he sent us a property to view (which we bought) which was in an area that we had not considered.

Dale helped us with all aspects of the buying process, from expert advice on negotiating with the sellers to organizing all the inspections that we required. Nothing was too much trouble and Dale was always available to help us. Dale is an all round great guy who is helpful, friendly and a joy to work with, as well as being a fount of useful info on everything from Kelowna to Iron Man competitions. We have recommended Dale to all of our friends and some of them have engaged him now too.
