Craig Veroni

Craig helped us find our home during pandemic. We found him through his amazing Youtube videos featuring Vancouver. For the first visit, we were in town just for a week and he got to know us ahead of time with a video call, asked us what we were looking for and lined up places to see in the areas we loved. All the homes he showed us were perfectly aligned with what we were looking for. We made an offer on one of the homes when the market had low inventory and there were multiple offer situations. He patiently and expertly guided us through the process and got us the home we loved most. Being first time home buyers, we didn't know much about the process, he helped us through it and got us connected to great mortgage broker, lawyer and inspector. He also guided us through the condo documents and showed us the red flags and identified well rounded condo boards for us. We have been living in the home for about a year now and every day (if it was possible), we fall in love with it a little more.
