Craig did an excellent job getting us into the right house. He was able to set up viewings on very short notice, answered questions for us outside of business hours, and connected us to a great mortgage broker when our bank went back on their previous approval and denied us at the last minute. We also live 1600km away from the town we were buying in and that really posed no challenge for Craig. Everything went great on his end. He was able to identify that the house we ended up with was worth much more than it's listing price, so we went in with a strong offer and had backup offers ready to go, and sure enough after we got possession, a comparable house in the same neighborhood went on the market for 27% higher than we paid.
