Cody Overton

Cody was just what we needed to allow us to sell our home. We had worked with a different real estate agent previously and were unable to sell our home even though we signed with her twice. Cody was open to Marketing to various kinds of buyers including investors and Airbnb hosts. We needed a certain price to sell our home and be able to pay off the mortgage. He helped us set the price high enough so we had room to negotiate and still get what we needed. When we didn’t sell during the first listing, he suggested we take the house off the market until conditions were more favorable. Even when we didn’t have an agreement with him, Cody was still looking after us. When there was only one house for sale in our neighborhood, he contacted us to let us know. He suggested that if we signed with him on Thursday, listed the house on Friday, and had an open house on Saturday and Sunday we could sell the house for the price we needed. We did as he suggested and Cody sold the house for more than our asking price. Cody took very good care of us and I am sure he will take excellent care of you if you use him as your agent.
