Cody is knowledgeable about the real estate market in the greater Edmonton area. His knowledge of new marketing tools and concepts is excellent. His professional website display is modern, professional and always kept up to date. He was always easy to contact. He always presented himself as a young professional and his manner was easy going and respectful. He was always polite and never showed any of the negative personality traits that some realtors show.
His negotiating skills were really good. While his agency recommended a selling price lower than what I wanted, I asked that the property be listed at a higher selling price than his agency recommended. He then negotiated and came back with an offer higher than our asking price. I was very satisfied.
