Cielle won't tell you what you want to hear. if the stats look good for a project, she will go the extra mile to find out what the stats really mean. In our case, we turned down a 77 unit condo project. Just because we are from out of town, doesn't mean we shouldn't have known better but Cielle gave us the straight goods. We were very close to moving ahead, because the stats looked good. 97% of what was listed was being sold in the general area and vacancy rates were very low. Cielle was going to have 77 listings but she went the extra mile and researched another project that was more localized to ours and it turns out the 97% statistic didn't apply and the rate was much lower. Vacancy rates in our specific localized area were also much higher compared to the general area. We turned down the project thanks to Cielle and we are looking forward to doing out next project with her. Personally, she is easy to deal with and does not sugar coat. She cares more for being honest than she does for closing a deal and we greatly appreciate that.
