Chris Deru is very helpful and very patient. I am retired now, and for me this whole process is not so easy, but with him I feel calm from the beginning. He help me find all the properties I was looking for and make all the appointments for the showings. He even call Uber for us and go with us from one place to another. I appreciate this very much. He know downtown very well and have many connections. I feel he understand the market very good, and he help me negotiate to get a good price for the condo I wanted. I am not very comfortable with email and computer, so Chris come to see me many times, maybe five or more, to help me sign all the papers for the offer and negotiation. This make me feel very comfortable and not stressed. For the mortgage, I first want to use RBC, but they didn’t call me back. After two days, I decide to work with a mortgage broker Chris recommend, and they help me get a very good rate with Scotiabank. He also recommend a very professional lawyer for me. Even after everything is finished, Chris still come to help me at my home, with my laundry problem and also to set up my cable TV. For me, this is something very special. Gracias Chris 🙏
