Chris (and Vanessa Conte) worked as a team to help us find a new home with specific requirements, while concurrently coaching us on getting the home we were living in ready to come to market. Once we found our new home, they were able to quickly answer our questions and help us build a realistic asking offer. Once accepted, they speedily brought the home we were living in into the market. They were able to appreciate the uniqueness of our old neighbourhood and leverage that into their marketing pieces.
