My partner and I were first-time home buyers this year and had a lot to learn about the housing market. Chris consistently took the time to explain the process to us in a way that was friendly and accessible. Although we sometimes felt overwhelmed, during each step of our home buying process, we could always turn to Chris to answer our questions, even the questions that we didn't know we should ask. He always answered us when we texted or called, and never made us feel stupid. He made sure we understood every paper we signed and why we were signing it, and he also advocated for us when making offers.
