I am so grateful to DAVID LAM and CHRISTINE KELLY of the LEGACY TEAM at EXP REALTY! I was selling my home and though lovely, the market was/is a little challenging for townhouses / condos. I had high hopes but in a million years I never expected to write this 5 star review. THIS IS THE TEAM YOU WANT! From the first meeting to the very last transaction I was blown away by the treatment and consideration I was given throughout the process. As a person who is almost a senior, I don’t want to have to worry about anything other than packing. What do you hope to get in a Realtor? 1. Professionalism 2. Commitment 3. Honesty 4. Smarts! and, 5. A plan for every eventuality. Christine was my “go to” person on the team and she is amazing - always available for questions, thorough, and so engaged in the process it was like it was her place that was being sold!  They have a fantastic system that David developed that will help you sell/buy your home,  AND my place sold for the asking price $! They also have great connections and resources to help you if you need some contacts. Christine reached out into her network to find prospective buyers rather than just waiting for MLS to do the job for them (which is sooo typical of most realtors).
