I thoroughly enjoyed working with Chris. Even though I have known him for many years, he was very professional in his dealings with me. The day after the offer was made and accepted, I had to fly to England for a holiday. Chris continued to communicate with me via e-mail and kept me apprised of the status of the transaction. He also provided me with the name of a mortgage broker who was also very professional and helpful and was able to negotiate a very reasonable mortgage rate for me. Chris also provided the name of a lawyer with whom I dealt in all the legal paperwork.
