Several people online recommend Che, and we went with him because we needed someone very responsive, as remote buyers. Che did not disappoint! ... He replied within moments of us reaching out (less than 2 hours) and has kept the communication line extremely open from start to finish. His website / portal with recommended listings was very user friendly, and he quickly caught on to our style and preferences of what we wanted to buy. He's very honest, knowledgeable, experienced, connected, trustworthy and straightforward and always happy to help. Personally, I don't know how he keeps up but it seems to me he has a way of making all his clients feel like they're the only ones in the world!
