Working with Cheryl was a delight. She really got to know me and what I was looking for, and ultimately she found me the perfect space in my dream neighbourhood. Cheryl is fair and firm with her negotiations and managed to help me close at a better price point that expected. Cheryl has become my family's go-to realtor, and I can't imagine working with anyone else in the future.
