With being out of province buyers, Cheryl was very helpful and knowledgeable about the areas and types of units we should consider, and informed us about strata properties we should avoid with concerns of special levies. We are very happy with the property we purchased. We did have some difficult negotiations with the seller, but Cheryl navigated it in a timely and professional manner.
