Cheryl Barnes

My experience with Cheryl Barnes as my realtor made selling my home and buying my new property a great experience. I have bought and sold many homes over the years but I have never had such an easy time selling. Cheryl organized the staging of my home, was very informative, knowledgeable about the current market and pricing, she was an expert with negotiating the sale, and pleasant to deal with. Cheryl was always quick to respond to any question I had and had a way of making me feel like I was her only client (even though she runs a busy practice). I am happy to say that my house sold for full price even though the market had softened. My experience with her was top notch and I will be using her again in the future.
