It’s my first time purchasing a property. Charles has went far and beyond to provide us with excellent variety of listings that checked my boxes. Making the selection process super easy. He also provided seamless follow-up after placing an offer, such as all the documentation, keeping me up to date with changes to government tax regulations and much more. Highly recommended!
