Very knowledgeable regarding housing market. Her analysis was spot on. Her team was very professional and we sold our home in a few days. Cathy was straight forward with her expertise, aligning with our expectations and all legalities. She helped with buying our first home 30+ plus years ago and have had her sell our home. We felt seen and valuable not just as clients but as family.
