Cathy Pigeon was such a FABULOUS AGENT.
Patience: Cathy demonstrated endless patience in finding us a property to develop our forever home on. I revoked two offers and she never made me feel badly or annoying. Highest degree of professionalism and SUPER fast writing offers and follow ups. I would consider this relationship to have been perfect- I will recommend Cathy with complete confidence to everyone I know that needs a realtor.
Accessibility: Cathy responds instantly to all calls and texts and always makes you feel like you are the only customer she has.
Pressure: Dealing with Cathy is absolutely NON pressured and wonderful. I never felt like her only goal is to sell me a home even though we all know it is. Just nicely paced dealings.
