I really can't imagine finding a better real estate agent. As a first-time home buyer, the experiences of others around me made me a bit apprehensive of the entire process, as well as putting my trust into a realtor. Catherine was above and beyond from the start - she took the time to meet right away and was spot on with the listings sent to me. Every single thing from booking viewings to asking questions was addressed immediately. Her knowledge around the entire process was extremely helpful – if she wasn’t sure about an answer, she would find out and get back to me right away. I always appreciate integrity, especially when it comes to sales. She also seems to have a great network of resources, which made things a lot easier as well. It didn’t take very long for her to find the place for me – and again, she helped guide me through the process. Things went so smoothly with her help, that it made me wonder about all of the people I knew who had a bad first-time experience – maybe they just needed a Catherine!
