Going back to 2018, new to Toronto, I can never ever forget how instead of simply showing or pushing the properties that we had identified (entirely paper specs based), she pulled over between the showings on our list, took the time to understand our situation and proceeded to guide us about the city, pros and cons of various areas and build our perspective to align with the rythm of the city and make a well-informed decision. After we slogged many apartments out together ::)) the decision was ours but she spent the time and effort to educate us and make it a very satisfied decision. Since then we have bought a home with her and she remains on speed dial till date!! Always grateful for having her to rely on!!! and have her as a sincere, smiling friend and support.
