Hi Brittany, Sandhya and I just wanted to thank you for your excellent service. We met you first when we came to Ottawa in the winter of 2019 to purchase our condo. What impressed us most about you was that you knew that we were coming in from Sudbury to buy a condo and we were available only for a day. You tirelessly showed us many units and I don’t know if you were tired by the end of the day, but Sandhya and I definitely were – but it allowed us to make decisions that met our requirements. Both of us were very impressed with your commitment and your very cheerful nature which made the process off condominium, hunting a lot more pleasurable. We also liked how you were able to connect us very easily with a good lawyer and a good inspector and how seamlessly we were able to proceed with the purchase negotiations. You made it easy. Fast forward a couple of years, and even though you were not going to make any commission off of this, when we requested you to connect us with a property management company to help us rent the same condo, you connected us to the right people and we were able to find good tenants. we appreciated this very much! And then, more recently, it was time to sell our Ottawa condo and you worked tirelessly despite being nine months pregnant, to make sure that the whole process was smooth. Your advice on the listing price was spot-on; we got many viewings and in what maybe considered a buyers market, we sold quickly. You are a terrific realtor and if we decide to reinvest in the Ottawa area, we will come to you. We also believe that excellent realtors are hard to come by and so even amongst our friends, if anyone is interested in investing in the Ottawa area, we’ll send them to you😄!
