Britney is an awesome agent. She's quick on her feet, very responsive, and NOTHING fell through the cracks with her. She was always willing to view a property I picked out within a day or two, and was recommending properties to me as well. Today's market is super competitive, and Britney did a great job helping me decide what to offer and if it would be competitive. There was no BS with her, never pushing to offer more if we didn't feel like we needed to, or if it wasn't worth it. Which is something I feel like agents could easily take advantage of in a market like this. Even taking care of every little detail after having an accepted offer - scheduling inspections, giving me to-do lists, reminders, etc. At no point was I ever worried or confused about what had to be done or who was doing it. She's super organized and knows her stuff. 10/10, absolutely no complaints from me. I looking forward to working with her again, and I will recommend her anytime I have a friend buying/selling.
