Brian Cutler

Brian Cutler was referred by a family member who had sold and bought with him and appreciated his professionalism. Brian was certainly professional in that he was unfailingly courteous and attentive. He was responsive to calls and emails, was himself communicative in all things in giving us updates and keeping in touch, and went out of his way to assist with extra help that is not normally a realtors' job. We were out of town, and when services were needed Brian willingly helped with referrals for yard maintenance and cleaning professionals. Every one was a good experience and things were well done which speaks well of Brian's business relationships in the community. After listing the sale was very quick and at a price we were happy with. Brian was right on with his knowledge of the market in Penticton; his predictions and market sense were remarkably accurate. The closing went smoothly, and I can only say the entire process and working with Brian professionally and personally was both a pleasure and a breeze. I would recommend Brian without hesitation. D.
