We are finally all settled in to our new house, which we absolutely love!, and I would like to share our buying experience and mostly to say thank you to the one who helped out along the way. A friend of ours recommended Brett to us and boy are we glad she did! We’re a first time home buyers, everything about this process, from the simplest things, was a big deal to us. Add to this that fact that we are ESL speaking people.. You get the idea. Brett went above and beyond in helping us to find and land our perfect home! From the very first conversation we had with him it was easy and pleasant. He’s super patient, extremely friendly and really knows this market business. He was very attentive to every singe detail on our “want” list. We were extremely worried about our chances of finding what we want in such heated market. It took some time and many of viewings, but Brett was always there with his knowledge and assistance, and finally we saw it! Now lets hope they accept our offer. Master of his communication and negotiation skills, Brett did his magic and not only got us a house at the price we wanted, but even managed to save us some! ( new bigger driveway here you come! :) Next step - paper work, inspections, subjects. Everything needed to be done on time and needed to be done fast. Brett was right there, helping, keeping a caring eye on all the dates, highlighting most important sentences and parts of the agreement to pay closer attention to, answering our millions of questions, making valuable recommendations, always there, always within a simple phone call away. Huge thank you to him for that!! We are very happy we had Brett as our Agent. Wouldn’t have done it without him!
