We ran into Brett at an open house and was impressed with the feature sheets and information on the house he had listed plus he was actually trying to sell the house he was in, not just trying to pick up our business. My wife and I both agreed after looking at open houses all weekend that this is who we needed to represent us as he seemed very honest and down to earth. We were glad we did! Brett was very patient and helpful through our buying process and actually showed us the sold comparable in the area so we knew that we were not paying too much.
