Kim and Brenda are by far the most amazing realtors in Calgary and area! They are an amazing tag team, working together seamlessly and complementing the other's strengths and expertise. Four years ago, I started working with these two off of a referral after being inundated with pushy and demanding realtors every time I requested details of a property for sale. Kim and Brenda are the complete opposite of this and they have been simply wonderful from the first phone call. As a first time home buyer, they were incredibly patient, walked me through every step of the process, made sure that I knew exactly what was happening at each stage, gave sage guidance and also made the experience enjoyable. They got to know me, what I was looking for, allowed me time to make decisions and advised me on things I hadn't even thought of. They are knowledgeable, professional and personable in every way. Fast forward four years and I have been working with Kim and Brenda in a very different market for the sale of my home and the purchase of a new home. I have had the same incredible experience except they have had to demonstrate even more of their skills and talents due to the rapid pace and inconsistency of the current hot housing market. Their patience knows no bounds, they have answered every single one of my questions at various hours of the day, worked within tight margins and even attended houses for me on FaceTime when I have been out of town. The sale of my house was seamless, they made it look beautiful for the photographs and went above and beyond to walk me through the sale process. My house sale was pending within a day and thanks to them, I had enough time and confidence to secure the purchase of a new home. After viewing countless houses with me, exercising their tape measuring skills, entertaining my extensive plans for each potential property, they worked tirelessly to secure me my new home. They have wiped away my tears, guided me through the stresses, exuded confidence through the losses and celebrated with me for the wins. I cannot thank Kim and Brenda enough for being exactly what I have need during these processes in this market and also previously as a first time home buyer.
