It was really great working with Brad. Buying or selling a home can be really stressful but I can honestly say that my wife and actually enjoyed the experience. Brad helped us sell our condo in PoCo a few years ago, and just helped us sell our home in Maple Ridge and buy a new one in Mission. Brad always had a very calm but realistic approach. It did take us a while to find our new home, but there was never and pressure from Brad. He knew what we were looking for and stuck with us until we found it. We also sold very quickly both times and got a good price. I would highly recommend Brad to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
