Working with Josh was a great experience for us. He was so knowledgeable and professional. He made us feel so at ease with the whole process. We never felt pressured into making a decision. He also gave us honest advice which we really appreciated and needed as first time home buyers. It was more important for him to give us honest advice about a place rather than to make a sale fas which we appreciated more than we could explain. He really took what we said was important to us, and stuck with that which was so great. He was so accommodating with our crazy schedules, and made the trip to airdrie for us so many times.
