Ben Sage

Ben is an incredible real estate agent, always really easy to get in touch, and super quick to return emails, texts and phone calls. It took us several days of research to find our home, and because we were living far at the time, he dedicated entire days for us, and we never felt rushed. Ben was awesome at pointing out flaws in the homes we visited so we could easily make an informed decision. But most of all, what made Ben a great agent to work with for us, was our particular situation. I had fell in love with this older home, and Ben worried there was too many problems with it for my husband and I's first home. He still supported us and organized professionals to come see the home to give us an estimations of cost and repairs, and he always was honest with us, and gave us all the information so we could make our decision. Long story short it was difficult and emotional, and I changed my mind a few times, but no matter what, Ben was extremely supportive, and patient with us. At the end, after all this work, we had to walk away from that older home, and Ben said it was no problem at all. He organized a whole bunch of new houses to visit a few days later and that day we found our perfect home!
