We are so lucky to have met Basil. He was very honest with us, set realistic expectations and worked hard to sell our home for an outstanding price. We appreciate all of the knowledge he’s passed down to us. Basil communicated with us every step of the way and our home was sold in less than 3 days. He eased our nerves as first time home sellers and we are happy to call him a good friend today. Anyone would be lucky to be working with Basil as their agent.
