Ashlee was amazing! This was an emotional time for us. We were selling my parents house because my Dad passed away. My sister and I didn’t even know where to start. Ashlee knew exactly how the market was doing and advised us when would be a good time to sell. She also provided us with listings in the area comparable to ours at the time, she was also very knowledgeable with negotiating when the time came to sell. Ashlee helped us with what needed to be done prior to selling. Cleaning out the house so she could stage it…WOW. That was the best advice. We felt so much better when it was all done and what a difference it made. The house sold quickly and what a relief it was for us.
