April Spackman

We live on the mainland and found April's information after searching online and reading reviews. She did not disappoint! She was so helpful, and viewed homes on our behalf and sent us videos on what she saw. When she viewed the home we ended up purchasing, we quickly put in an offer and she worked hard and late into the night to get everything submitted. She arranged inspection and coordinated our viewings as my husband and I had to arrive in Victoria on different days. She guided us on negotiations and was extremely responsive in her communications. We highly recommend April and wouldn't hesitate to use her again!
