Angela Forgeron

Angela is not an agent I would recommend. She didn’t have me sign a Buyer agreement until after the sale so she cannot be held liable for any misrepresentation. She missed an opportunity for me to offload the house I bought through her, due to poor understanding of negotiations. After I took possession and realized I depended on Angela to check everything for me and ensure the house was sound as I was out of province and it wasn’t. The Seller was hiding defects and Angela didn’t have an eye for the value of the property. She missed so many details and misinformed me on the value of the home and also the area. I paid $300k over asking based on her advice and a mistake that will take me a lifetime to recover from. She lacks a great deal of experience with the art of negotiating and she is not about what is best for her client but how much commission she can make. She didn’t take accountability for the many mistakes she made and I was left on my own to figure it all out. She lacked communication in a timely manner which cost me big when I was trying to resell the home and as I mentioned above I lost a buyer because of her poor representation. I would never work with her again and I would not recommend her to anyone especially if you are out-of-province.
