Andy was on top of everything with this purchase and it was lucky he was. We ended up having difficulties with the purchase and Andy got us there and gave us the right advice just in the nick of time to ensure we were aware of the property condition prior to going ahead with the purchase. We are now in our dream home thanks to Andy and glad we had him as our realtor. Always looking out for us and being honest with his dealings. Best realtor out there!
