As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous about the whole process. Andrew was so incredibly helpful, he took the time to explain the process, and answered all my many, many questions. I couldn’t take time off work so we were able to figure out a schedule that worked for me in the evenings. When touring the condos, Andrew pointed out what to look out for and what to avoid. When it came time to negotiate, he got me a great deal that was even better than what I was expecting. I am very happy with the new condo - it fits all my requirements: location, square footage, and price range.
