Whether you are a first time home buyer or a savvy real estate investor Andrew Bolton is a top pick. After using a number of agents in the past, Andrew's honest and professional approach was refreshing. He took the extra time we needed to educate us on the current market and gave us the confidence we needed throughout the negotiation of our sale. In a large market with lots of options, Andrew truly stands out as one of the greats. He was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an Agent in the GTA and/or surrounding areas.
